What are the differences between the AquaChek test strips?
AquaChek 6-in-1 Spa Test Strips check for six key elements: free chlorine, total chlorine, bromine, total hardness, total, alkalinity, and pH levels. This makes it super easy to easily maintain water levels and proper water chemistry.
AquaChek 7 test strips provide test results for 7 key elements in less than one minute: free chlorine, total chlorine, bromine, total hardness, total alkalinity, pH, and cyanuric acid (stabilizer).
AquaChek TruTest tests for chlorine and bromine, pH, and alkalinity. Dip a test strip into your spa, then place inside a digital AquaChek TruTest reader (one for Chlorine based water, one for Bromine based water) and get fast, accurate results in seconds. The strips and reader do the work for you – no need for manual color matching.
The AquaChek Chlorine Test Strips (yellow) and AquaChek Bromine Test Strips (red), do not require a digital reader. These test strips are used manually, and are specific to the type of water your spa uses. Yellow test strips are for chlorine based water. Red test strips are for bromine based water. Both test strips provide results for chlorine, bromine, pH, and alkalinity.
