Master Spa Parts Frequently Asked Questions
- Shipping & Delivery
- All Parts orders ship generally within 1-2 Business days, Some Master Spas and Specialty Factory Brand Parts ship in about 10-15 business days, If you need something shipped faster please contact us and we will do our best. All Factory Part Orders are charged at time of order. Orders must be received prior to 1:30pm for next day or two day shipping. No next day or two day shipping orders will be processed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Please be advised that anyone accepting delivery must inspect the product thoroughly. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage product is signed for you will not be reimbursed return shipping and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. If product is refused please notify us at once so we can reship the product to you. In the event that you refuse a shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the actual original and return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.

- Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
- Returns & Replacements
- Customer pays Shipping on all parts returned if ordered incorrect, a 20% Restocking Fee shall Apply. Parts must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. Electronics are non-returnable. At time of receipt of returned parts you will receive refund less the restocking fee.
